The project lies within the administrative boundaries of Misurata with a total area of (2.8970). in the downtown nearby the head office of Social Security Fund – Misurata Branch.
Idea of Investment:
Given the superb location of this project, which is located in Misurata downtown, nearby vital utilities in the district and within the framework of diversification in the field of investment for creating new job opportunities for Libyan youth who are seeking jobs. In addition, upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors to enter into a partnership with Al-Damman Investment Company in this investment project as the owner of the site, several meetings were held, a memorandum of agreement was signed on 28/01/2008 and minutes of the meeting was signed on 04/11/2008.
Moreover, a final formulation was reached to sign a partnership, namely a joint-venture between the two entities on fifty – fifty basis (50%) and coordination is now in progress with Al-Damman Investment Company to complete the remainder procedures in order to obtain the necessary funding and commence execution.

o 3 floors (urban, commercial and heritage complex).
o 11 floors (spaces of service offices).
