It is one of the investments of the company, where we operated the hotel and completed the legal formalities of the facility.
It is located in the downtown of Misurata – Al-Beera District, nearby Al-Ettihad Club of Misurata. The hotel was designed to be a 3-star hotel. It is composed of ground floor and 3 floors.
The ground floor is mainly designated for reception, a café for hotel guests and visitors, dining hall and administrative and service facilities.
The first floor consists of furnished apartments. It is comprised of two apartments which are well-furnished to the best specifications. Each apartment contains two bedrooms, a hall, a kitchen and a bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd floors stand as single and double bedrooms, suites with toilets and kitchen bar. Both floors contain 6 rooms, all of which are well-furnished to the most precis specifications.
