El-Bewairat Tourism Resort Project

Site :
The project lies within the administrative boundaries of Misurata city – Washka municipal branch, at El-Bewairat District. It is situated 60km westwards to Sirte city, onshore and aligning to the Coastal Highway. The area is designated for the project with a total area of (84.2360 hectares), owned as a property by the Company.
Idea of Investment:
This site, within the geographical scope of the company, was chosen for its convenience to investment and it could be utilized in setting up a tourism resort.
It is named as El-Bewairat, due to the attractive and charming nature and magnificent shores. The project matches the framework for creating a recreational, economic and tourist attractive areas as well as creating new job opportunities for Libyan youth job seekers.

Project Components:
To provide tourism locations that cover the tourism market needs, a preliminary plan was developed consisting of two phases of execution. The operating of each phase in such a manner that would not affect the quality of the services provided.
The project is composed of the following components:
o Multiple size beach cabins (studio apartment, single bedroom, two bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms).
o Restaurants and cafes.
o Sports clubs.
o Platform for different water sports.
o Family swimming pools.
o Occasions Hall
