Alkhaleej Tourism Development and Investment Joint-Stock Company was established on 16/02/2016 as a Libyan joint-stock company. The company has the financial disclosure / liability and independent legal personality. It is a subsidiary of El-Enma Tourism Investment and Real Estate Holding Company. It is one of the companies in the Economic and Social Development Fund and a pioneer in the field of tourism investment.

Contribute and buy shares of companies operating in the company's field of activity, in a way that contributes to development and achieving the required financial return
Concluding local and external agreements with international companies specialized in hotel and tourism management, whether with direct or indirect participation.
Supplying equipment, operating requirements and raw materials related to tourism investment.
